Launch of the Project

The Building Bridges for the Future program was officially opened in Jerusalem in May 2023. It was a great honor and pleasure for us that Michal Herzog, lawyer and wife of the President of Israel Yitzchak Herzog, attended the ceremony. Other renowned guests included Israel's Ambassador to Germany Ron Prosor, Minister of State Dr. Tobias Lindner and Anna Bartels from the Federal Foreign Office as well as Prof. Dr. Galili Shahar and Dr. Irene Aue-Ben-David from the Leo Baeck Institute Jerusalem (LBI) and other current and former members of the Board of Trustees of the German-Israeli Future Forum Foundation (DIZF).
